Saving and loading presets for BAR Raptors mode
Playing Raptors mode in BAR means reconfiguring the same lobby options every single match. A preset system would save those settings, but one does not exist yet.

The problem with Raptors lobby setup
Raptors mode requires specific lobby configuration every match. The current lobby interface is maintained as-is because it will eventually be replaced by a new system. Setting up options manually each time wastes time and invites errors.
Widget options management
The removeOption function exists in the widget options system, but widget reloads can crash if teardown code does not check whether an option was already added. Checking for existing options before adding prevents duplication crashes.
Teardown code does run after most crashes, but it often crashes itself during teardown. Writing defensive teardown code that checks state before acting prevents cascade failures.
Where to suggest improvements
Suggestions for Raptors mode preset features go into the community suggestion threads. The existing lobby being a temporary system means some quality-of-life requests may not get implemented in the current interface.
Creed of champions
Good game modes deserve good quality-of-life tools. Creed of Champions shares the philosophy that the BAR community should make the experience smoother for everyone, not just tolerate friction.
[Crd] Creed of Champions rekindled my joy in Beyond All Reason. I had burned out on the game, and the friendly, no-toxicity environment caused me to start enjoying it again.
