Getting kicked from a lobby called "noob friendly" on your first game hurts. Here is how to navigate those situations.

Not every lobby labeled "noob" is actually beginner friendly. Check the team composition, look at chevron levels, and read the lobby chat before joining. If players are already mid-game or the team is stacked with experienced players, wait for a more appropriate lobby.
New players who build in the back and max resources without producing units create liability for their team. Even if the lobby is labeled for beginners, teammates expect basic participation. Build a factory, make some scouts, and contribute to the frontline even if your units are simple.
Tell the lobby you are new before the game starts. Most reasonable players adjust expectations and may even offer guidance. Silence followed by poor performance is what triggers kicks, not simply being a beginner.
Getting kicked from your first game stings, but it does not define your experience. Leave the lobby, review what went wrong, and find a lobby with explicitly no restrictions on new players. The community is not uniformly hostile, even if individual lobbies sometimes are.
Creed of Champions exists partly for this exact reason: new players who get pushed around in public lobbies need somewhere they belong. The community guarantees a respectful environment regardless of skill level.
[Crd] "Before discovering Creed, I was thinking the only thing that separates BAR from the perfect RTS is a friendly and safe social environment for new players to learn and feel included."
