The center camera widget snaps your view to units under attack with a single keypress, letting you respond to harassment while managing your main force.
When you hear the attack alarm, press the bound key to jump your camera to the most recently attacked unit. Press a second key to snap back to where you were working. This saves precious seconds compared to scanning the minimap and clicking around searching for the threat.
Bind the camera jump to a key you can hit quickly. The widget tracks the most recent attack event, so pressing it repeatedly cycles through attack locations. Use the return key to resume macro management after handling the immediate threat.
This widget works especially well for players who expand beyond their starting base. The alarm tells you something is wrong, the widget shows you exactly what, and the return key gets you back to economy management.
