When players cross the line from competitive banter into actual harassment, BAR players need to know their options. Here is how the community handles it.
Occasional trash talk during a heated match differs from sustained targeting. Harassment means repeated negative behavior directed at specific players across games, messages, or community spaces. If someone follows you from match to match with abuse, that crosses a line.
Report each incident individually through the BAR website player finder. If a group of people is targeting you, file separate reports for each person involved. Moderators review reports case by case and need evidence for each player.
Do not engage. Arguing with harassers feeds the behavior and makes your own reports weaker when moderators review the chat logs.
New players looking for guidance have a dedicated Academy space. Mentors are active there and willing to answer questions about mechanics, build orders, and strategy without any judgment. It is the best place to ask questions and get real answers from experienced players.
The broader BAR community relies on self-policing. When people report problems, moderation follows. When people stay silent, problems persist. Filing reports is not drama. It is how the community stays healthy.

Creed of Champions was built precisely because the larger BAR scene sometimes struggles with toxicity. Members commit to teamwork, respect, and clean communication from day one.
