Open a ticket through the community server for support issues. The ticketing system connects you directly with the moderation team in a private channel. Keep your reports factual and avoid pinging moderators in public channels for faster attention.
Player reports from within the game client work better for most cases because the system correlates reports across multiple players. Click a username in game and select Report. Alternatively, use the server battle website to find the match and report from the players tab.
