The tactical overlays and starting position drawings in raptors and scavenger game modes come from the widgets system. Navigate to the widgets section in your game settings and look for the overlay widgets that display unit positions and spawn areas.
If a widget does not appear in your mods tab, close and reopen the launcher. Some widget packages need a full restart to register correctly with the game client.
