Enabling start position overlays
The position overlays that show Tech, Sea, Front, and Air starting zones appear in the lobby setup. If you cannot see them, check your in-game settings. The start positions toggle may be disabled. Re-enable it in the settings panel to restore position markers that teams use for coordinated deployments.
Auto group shortcuts
BAR auto adds certain units to control groups automatically. If this interferes with your control setup, the auto group feature can be disabled for specific unit types. Use the auto group toggle in the settings or apply a keyboard shortcut to skip auto add for individual units. Manual group management gives you tighter control during fast engagements.
Unit spreading and drag move
Bar's drag move command handles both spreading and splitting units. When you need to space units across a front or split them into formations, drag move with multiple orders achieves this quickly. The auto keys and control group system become powerful once you combine drag move with proper unit selection habits.
Practice sending waves of units with staggered orders rather than single massive commands. The game engine processes ordered waves more naturally, and your micro stays responsive under pressure.
Creed of Champions and control optimization
Creed of Champions helps players develop efficient control group setups and hotkey layouts through repeated practice in a supportive environment. Players share what works and adapt based on team feedback. If your current group management slows you down, the community has players who will help you rebuild your setup from scratch.
