BAR replay site search bug and how to find your matches anyway
Sometimes completed matches exist in the system but do not appear when you search for them on the BAR replay website. This is a known search issue with a few simple workarounds.

What the search bug does
The replay website search occasionally fails to return results for valid players who have playable replays on the backend. The data exists but the search index misses it. This happens intermittently and usually resolves as the index catches up, but waiting is not always practical when you need a specific replay.
How to find missing replays
If a replay does not show in search, try accessing it through the match history page directly. Navigate to your profile on the BAR website, open the matches section, and scroll through your recent games. Each match entry links to its replay regardless of search index status.
Another approach is using the direct game ID if you have it from your own records or a teammate who shared it. Pasting the game ID into the replay URL pattern typically loads the match page even when the search fails.
Launch replays from your desktop
Some players prefer double-clicking replay files rather than opening the website. BAR provides a debug launcher utility for this purpose. The bar_debug_launcher tool lets you associate replay files with direct launch, and the install instructions are available on the project page.
