How to Report Players in Beyond All Reason

Step by step guide to filing a player report through the BAR server website when you encounter rule-breaking behavior.

Report from the battle page

Go to the BAR server website and find the match where the incident occurred. Open the players tab, locate the offending player, and use the report button on their profile entry. This links your report directly to the match record so moderators have full context.

The server URL for match history is server4.beyondallreason.info/battle.

Report from the relationship search

You can also search for a player by name on the relationship search page at server4.beyondallreason.info/account/relationship/search. Report them from there, along with a screenshot for evidence.

Warning: do not press Enter in the search field. The button is known to be bugged and will cause the page to error out. Click the search icon or use the on-screen search button instead.

What makes a useful report

Include screenshots, specific details about what happened, and the match number if you have it. Vague reports without evidence get dismissed faster. The moderation team needs concrete information to take action.

Keep your report focused on the behavior. Describe what the player did, when it happened, and why it violated community standards. Emotional language weakens your case.

What happens after you report

Reports go to the moderation team for review. Not every report results in action, and that is by design. Moderators look at patterns of behavior across multiple reports and game records. One bad interaction rarely leads to a ban, but repeated issues caught over time do.

If you want games without toxic players

Reporting deals with the worst offenders after the fact. Many players prefer to avoid the problem entirely by playing in organized communities. Creed of Champions maintains standards where toxic behavior is not tolerated in the first place:

[Crd] Before discovering Creed, I was thinking the only thing that separates BAR from the perfect RTS is a friendly and safe social environment for new players to learn and feel included.
